Here at All Sports Everything 365 (ASE365), LLC. we are committed to providing our partners and customers with global, world-class support. Given the ever-changing situation surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to alert you to changes that will affect suppliers of ASE365, LLC. in the coming days.
We are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and how it impacts our suppliers' ability to fulfill orders. Some regions have a "shelter-in-place" mandate, which prevents anyone from going to the office or warehouse to fulfill orders. For suppliers that have this mandate in effect to which they cannot fulfill orders at the moment, they have requested us to temporarily remove their items. You will see these suppliers removed from our marketplace as it does not make sense to sell inventory for which a supplier cannot fulfill right away. This is intended to be temporary as we get through this very serious time. When the situation clears up, these particular suppliers will return to the marketplace and you will be able to shop them as normal. These measures are to ensure the safety of our consumers.
For our suppliers that are not under a "shelter-in-place" mandate, they are also taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and are taking the necessary health and safety precautions with guidance from the CDC, and we are also receiving a vendor by vendor assessment of vulnerability thru our 3rd party drop-shipping solution provider. This is necessary to remove any suppliers that may be vulnerable and to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers and keep confidence in our inventory position,
both generally and in particular with those suppliers and or vendors deemed to have greater than average exposure to supply chain disruption due to COVID-19.
From a business continuity point of view, we believe the measures detailed above will serve to keep our team healthy and available to provide the service you have come to expect from ASE365, LLC. amid today's constantly changing situation surrounding COVID-19. We understand there is industry wide concern about product availability with disruptions to the global supply chains we all rely on.
Like many other companies, we are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular and rigorous cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take during the COVID-19 situation we all face. We are closely monitoring developments and all protocols recommended by government agencies in order to provide a clean and safe environment for everyone. As members of a global community, ASE365, LLC. is doing all we can to greatly support the health of the public, the health of the drop-shipping industry, and the economy amidst the COVID-19 global health crisis.
